About Jatiluhur Industrial Smart City (JISC)
Jatiluhur Industrial Smart City (JICS) is developed and managed by PT. Multi Optimal Sentosa, which is a group company of Indonesia’s leading FMCG company. JISC locates in Purwakarta Regency, West Java Province, where is adjacent to the eastern edge of Jakarta – Cikampek Industrial Corridor crowded with many industrial parks. While many of industrial parks there already entered into the the final stages of their development, Purwakarta Regency or JISC is attracting attention as a new source of industrial land supply because of its overwhelming convenience of logistics connected to 2 highways, and its outstanding location, which is located almost halfway between Jakarta and the capital of West Java Province, Bandung City as well as at the gateway to Central Java Province. This location provides JISC tenants with access to multiple international seaports and international airports.
The total development area of JISC is approximately 1,200 hectares, of which about 900 hectares are industrial area and the remaining 300 hectares are commercial and residential area. We are now concentrating on the development of Phase 1 of industrial area, while looking for the timing to develop commercial and residential area. Currently 200 hectare of industrial land is on sale.

We PT. Multi Optimal Sentosa is the development and management company of Jatiluhur Industrial Smart City which is commonly known as JISC. PT. MOS was established in year 2010 as a subsidiary company of one of the leading Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) manufacturer originally in order to to supply necessary factory land and utilities to its group companies.
With such enough experience, we have embarked on the development of industrial estate since year 2019, which is open to the general market including but not limited to our group companies.
Taking big advantage of its location, JISC is being developed with the aim of becoming a model for integrated industrial and logistics center with smart and integrating live enhancement as well as knowledge exchange center in the industrial area extending to the east of Jakarta.
JISC is now on the stage of development and sale of our Phase 1 area which has around 200 hectares. Being developed in the era of sustainability and smart technologies, JISC will have new technologies and innovations in it to meet new requirements from industries.
